The oven we use is a rare handmade Turtle Rock oven built by William Davenport of Vermont.
In essence, we have a commercial size wood-burning, bread-baking, Pizza machine on a robust trailer allowing us to bake on the go. We specialize in good old fashioned sourdough bread (just like your grandmother remembers).
